Completed her doctoral studies in Leningrad (St.Petersburg). Author of a number of publications in phonetics and ELT. One of the founders of the Lithuanian School of English phonetics.
Dr Olimpija Armalytė, Associate Professor
Completed her doctoral studies and defended her PhD thesis in Vilnius University. Author of a number of research publications and textbooks in translation theory and practice, author and co-othor of three dictionaries.
Dr Habil. Liudvika Marija Drazdauskienė
Completed her doctoral studies and defended her PhD thesis in Moscow University. Defended her Doctor Habilitatus thesis in Vilnius University. A specialist in style and stylistics, rhetorics, pragmatics, author of three books and over 40 articles.
Dr Habil. Ema Geniušienė, Professor
Completed her doctoral studies and PhD thesis in Leningrad (St.Petersburg). Defended her Doctor Habilitatus thesis in Vilnius University. One of outstanding scholars in Vilnius University. Author of a number of articles and a study on language typology, which in 1987 was published by Mouton de Gruyter Publishing House.

Completed doctoral studies in Moscow. A teacher of general English, phonetics and phonology.
Dr Lionginas Pažūsis, Associate Professor
Completed doctoral studies and defended his PhD thesis in Vilnius University. A specialist in translation theory and practice, language contacts, lexicology, American studies. Author of over 50 articles on language contacts and traslation, author and co-author of several dictionaries and grammars. Translator of poetry.

Dr Habil. Albertas Steponavičius, Professor
Completed doctoral studies and defended his PhD in Leningrad (St. Petersburg). Defended his Doctor Habilitatus thesis in Vilnius University. A specialist in general, Germanic and English linguistics, history of English. Author of a number of publications and two books on diachronic phonology. Taught at German, Danish, USA universities.
Lilija Talmantienė
Completed doctoral studies in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) University. Teacher of general English. Author of an English textbook for children and a teaching aid in English rhetoric.
Dr Habil. Dalija Tekorienė, Professor
Completed doctoral studies and defended her PhD in Kiev University, Ukraine. Defended her Doctor Habilitatus thesis in Vilnius University. A specialist in lexicology, lexicography, lexical semantics, contrastive linguistics, translation. Author of a number of publications on semantics, several English textbooks, a Lithuanian textbook for foreigners, co-author of several dictionaries, English and Lithuanian grammars.
