* Participants from economically challenged countries pay the student rates. Currently, this applies to: Armenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and a series of other countries. In case of doubt, please contact the organizers.

** Please note that there are no more tickets available for the Conference dinner.

Registration Procedure (N.B. It is recommended to know as much of the exact registration information as possible before starting online registration, as once you have submitted data online you are not authorized to change it. For instance, once  you have booked a double room, it will not be possible to change it to a single room online. Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the meeting are strongly recommended to contact the Meeting Secretariat by email sle43@viaconventus.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All changes and cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference
Secretariat by e-mail.

• 90 % percent refund will be granted for cancellations received on
  or before 1 June, 2010
• 50 % percent refund will be granted for cancellations received
  between 2 June - 15 August, 2010.

The entire registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations received
after 15 August, 2010, or for a no show.
