First Step in Compliance

We’re seeking an Associate Compliance Specialist to work in our Vilnius office. Here you will have an opportunity to operate within our Compliance department with over 660 colleagues who speak over 25 languages. Our main goal is to protect the consumers and the company by making sure the services are not used for unlawful financial activities.

  • Analyzing how customers use Western Union’s money transfer services
  • Conducting investigation and preventing financial crimes by interviewing customers over the phone or email 
  • Deciding if the customers can continue using Western Union services

What you will need to succeed: 

  • Good English language skills 
  • Availability to work on a shift schedule 
  • Being a self-motivated team player who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service 
  • Attention to details, multitasking and analytical skills 

What will make you stand out: 

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Additional languages (especially German, Spanish, French, Arabic) 
  • Experience in customer service
