- be fluent in Frenchand English and/or Russian;
- be passionate about the Baltic States and the region (Eastern and Northern Europe);
- have a very good "knowledge of the field" because you live and/or traveled there;
- have the ability to master customer interactions;
- be a self-starter, organized, and attentive to details.
