Exhibition“Croatian Archaeological Heritage“

KroatųParoda

We cordially invite you to the opening of the Croatian Embassy’s exhibition “Croatian Archaeological Heritage“ on October 25th, Tuesday, at 4 pm. The exhibition will be opened by the Chargé d´Affaires of the Embassy of Croatia, Ms Dunja Staničić, followed by a lecture by the exhibition's author Mr Sanjin Mihelić, General Director of the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb.

The exhibition “Croatian Archaeological Heritage“ aims to present Croatia as the home of countless archaeological and historical cultural monuments, which make this country a unique cultural and historical landscape. From earliest prehistory through antiquity and the Middle Ages, until the Modern Age and present day, the territory of Croatia has always been a place of the encounter and traditions, as well as often diverse world views, whose interplay through the ages has helped lay the foundations and build the edifice of a modern European country, proud of its rich and diverse origins.

The exhibition will be open to the public until November 11th at the Writers’ Hall (Rašytojų menė) of Vilnius University Faculty of Philology (Universiteto str. 5).
