The Institute of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology of Vilnius University and is in collaboration with Leipzig University (Germany) and the Arqus European University Alliance is organising the 8th international scientific conference Linguistic, Educational, and Intercultural Research 2021 (LEIC Research 2021) to be held online on 21-22 October 2021. The conference is hosted by Vilnius University.

Presentations are in English with three Panel Sessions in other languages: French, German, and Italian.
On the second day of the conference on 22 October 2021the Interactive Language Cafés are organized in different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish (separate rooms for each language) — rooms with moderators for participants to discuss issues related to language, or conference presentations, and to socialize in an informal setting. Colleagues from the Arqus European University Alliance are especially invited to participate in their local languages in discussions in the Interactive Language Cafés.
We invite all who are interested to participate in the discussions during the Interactive Language Cafés, and immerse yourself in a virtual multi-lingual space.
We encourage you to invite your students to listen to conference presentations and/ or participate in Interactive Language Cafés. We kindly ask you to make the list of students with their email addresses and send them to Agnė Vaidakavičiūtė by MS Teams or email agne.vaidakaviciute@flf.vu.lt by 21 October.
