- The form can be filled only once.
- The number of places for the certification exam is limited.
- The registration form is valid as long as there are free places.
- Enter all the required data in the form, observing the correct spelling (do not fill the form in CAPITAL letters).
- If false data is submitted, the person will be removed from the list of those registered for the exam.
- The certification center is not responsible for registration problems arising from reasons beyond the control of the registration organizers.
